Contacting CardStream
Cardstream Staff can be contacted for sales enquiries from Monday to Friday during the hours of 0930 - 1730 GMT and for support enquiries from Monday to Friday during the hours of 0900 - 1600 GMT. All support enquiries occurring either during or outside the working hours stated above should be emailed to Support in order that an ‘enquiry work ticket’ can be raised with Cardstream’s Support Department. The Support Department will then attend to the enquiry and one of the support staff will contact you by return email or by telephone.
